I am a data scientist, a qualified actuary and an entrepreneur, recently learning the ropes as an analytics/engineering manager. I come from Bydgoszcz, Poland, but have lived in Warsaw, also Poland, for a couple of years now, with my fiancée and our corgi, Bagel.

I am currently working at Allegro Pay, the embedded finance division of the largest Polish e-commerce, managing a team of data scientists keeping our credit risk at bay. I have co-founded Quantee which is currently nailing it in the insurance pricing platform market.

In my free time I enjoy, generally speaking, learning to create things. Or learning just for the sake of it. This has got me dabbling in topics spanning software, music, cooking and coffee brewing, wine and probably many more. I prefer versatility to specialization. Also, that's why I try to read a lot. You can bear with me as I crunch through my ever-growing reading list.
